Sunflower, pumpkin and linseed, soaked before mixing. A moist crumb, tender seeds and deep, nutty flavour.

FARMHOUSE
Flour, water, salt and yeast, given a long, slow ferment. A soft crust, even crumb and clean wheat flavour.
San Francisco · 800 g
SOURDOUGH
Naturally leavened with our own starter and fermented overnight. A blistered crust, open crumb and clean sour edge.
